The Flamingles are returning to one of the flock's most popular rally locations. We last rallied at Madison three years ago. In fact, we were their very first rally group! Join us for a welcome back rally at the Madison RV & Golf Resort.

About the event
This Rally is SOLD OUT. If you have made a previous reservation with the RV Park and DID NOT RSVP, please email floridaflamingles@gmail.com. We have 51 rigs registered with the RV Park and only 29 RSVPs. Very difficult for Rally planners.
Where:
This rally location is in the panhandle of Florida within driving distance of Tallahassee, Florida, and Valdosta, Georgia. The RV Resort offers an opportunity to golf, play pickleball, or drop a fishing line in their lake.
When:
The rally starts on Friday evening, April 14, 2023, and ends on Monday morning, April 17, 2023
Site Reservation:
Call the resort at 850-688-0363 (M-F) to make a site reservation. Be sure to identify yourself as a "Flamingles Rally Member" to obtain the $45/night site rate (the normal rate is ~ $65). Our point of contact is Caibre (Kay-bree), but any of their staff will gladly assist you with your site reservation.
When can we start making reservations?:
NOW. The park prefers you make the reservations M-F, but if able, they will accept reservations made over the weekend.
How many sites do we have?:
The rally has a total of 50 sites blocked for the rally. We have 230 members.
Payment:
Site payment is made directly to the RV Park. Full CAMPSITE payment must be made to RV Park NLT March 31st.
Rally Registration Fee
A rally registration fee to offset rally costs, such as some meals and materials, will be collected at our rally registration on Friday at the rally. The fee is $75 per person. This fee is payable by check to "Florida Flamingles" or cash at the rally only. We do not accept Credit Cards. Do Not send the fee in advance.
Rally Agenda
The rally agenda will be put together and emailed to registered attendees approximately one month before the rally ~ March 15th. The rally mixes social, educational, club business, and free time.

Directions:
Monitor your GPS routing carefully against the directions you will receive with your booking confirmation. The GPS may get disoriented - following the printed directions for the last few miles may be a better option.
DON'T FORGET TO RSVP THAT YOU ARE ATTENDING.
This is the only way we know how to plan meals and materials.
